Lavender essential oil is much more than just a pleasing aroma.

1: Have a Relaxing Lavender Bath
Put a few drops of lavender essential oil, 2 tbsp. of coconut oil and a handful magnesium salts in your bath for an ultra-relaxing experience.
2: Restore your Legs and Feet!
After a hard day's work and your legs feel like they've just done a 5K, rub Lavender and Lemongrass essential oils on your legs and feet. Don't forget to dilute the essential oils with a Carrier oil!!
3: Remove Odors
Add 4-5 drops of Lavender in a spray bottle with water to remove
bad odors and enjoy the light and floral scent of lavender.
4: Quick Skin Relief
Mix three parts Coconut Oil with one part Lavender essential oil in a small spray bottle or roll-on to help reduce skin irritation.
5 :Sweet Dreams
Rub 2 drops on the soles of your feet or put a drop on your pillow for a calm night's sleep.
6: Fresh and Clean Mattress
Mix 1 cup of baking soda and 10 drops of Lavender essential oil and sprinkle it on the mattress. Let it "work" for one hour and vacuum. You can add Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Clove or Rosemary essential oils.
7: Light Burns
You forgot that the iron was on or that the pot was still hot? Apply lavender oil to the affected area to relieve skin irritation, reduce redness and relief swelling.
8: A New Flavor
Lavender adds a unique and delicious flavor to marinades, sauces,
breads, biscuits, icings and even honey and syrup.
9: Goodbye "OUCHHH"
A drop of lavender will help relieve gum sensitivity, dry lips or cracks, scratches and occasional abrasions, or after excessive sun exposure. Another use, use it as an after shave, to soothe, soften and reduce skin redness and irritation.
10: Clear Your Mind
Applying Lavender to the temples and nape to relieve anxiety and stress, helps promote mental clarity.
11: Detergente (Dishes)
If your liquid detergent does not have "that good smell," you can add Lavender for additional benefits. It will transform your dishwashing experience!
