🇺🇸 7 Protective Essential Oils🛡 & How to Use Them

With the worldwide spread of COVID-19, we have as a community, to take preventive measures to reduce and delay it's spread. It can never be stressed enough that we all have to understand that certain individual behaviors are essential, not only to protect ourselves, but also to protect our communities and those who are most fragile within them. "Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use an alcohol based solution. When sneezing or coughing, cover your nose and mouth with your arm. Use disposable, single-use tissues. If you have returned from an affected area, avoid close contact with other people "* * At www.sns24.gov.pt
Aromatherapy through the proper use of essential oils, like any other alternative therapy, does not replace medical treatment or national preventive measures.
It's a complementary attitude. The appropriate use of essential oils can be a valuable ally. Both in helping to naturally increase our immune system, as well as disinfecting ourselves, objects and the air (using diffusers). Add a few drops to your shower gel, toothpaste, liquid soap, dish detergent... And disinfect more efficiently.
