Valentine's Day is a day that lovers make plans to celebrate their love. What we often idealize for this special night, ends up not turning into reality. Imagined moments of pleasure and tranquility are crushed by hustle and bustle, chaos and stress. Not at all romantic 👿
Why not plan your romantic night of two, in private and intimate surroundings? Nothing better than our home sweet home... or somewhere you prefer. Seems complicated? Nahh, it can be either simple, elaborate or a little of both. You decide!
Let's start by evoking a sultry and peaceful atmosphere, conducive to stimulating the senses and the mind. Subsequently design your scenario. After all, the brain is our largest sexual organ.
Suggestions for a Flirtatious Environment
Create a playlist with smooth & sexy music and maybe even meaningful to you both. The perfect "excuse" to get nice and close to your Beloved...
Light candles (aromatic or not), throw some scarves over the lampshades (safety first, this is not the type of fire we want to create) or simply reduce the lighting.
Use Essential Oils to complete a seductive environment. Don't hesitate to add this touch of magic to your evening.

Moments of Romance, Fun or Tranquility?
The elements are brought together, now it's just a matter of imagination and providing the perfect setting. It's up to each couple to select the desirable type of night for them. I've gathered some suggestions, some simple and traditional others more risqué.
🌶 Supper of Aphrodisiac Delicacies
An impromptu picnic by the fireplace or a more formal dinner? Regardless of your preference, don't forget to include on the menu aphrodisiac provisions*. What are these foods so desired to increase libido?
Here are some tips:
Cocoa or dark chocolate
✌ Relaxing Massage or...Maybe Not?
In a bowl, add two or three tablespoons of vegetable Carrier Oil (Jojoba, Argan, Grape Seed, Sweet Almond or Fractionated Coconut Oil) and five to six drops of Essential Oil.
Warm your hands, remove a small amount, rub your hands with the oils to warm the oils and so becoming more effective. Slowly let the massage and oils guide you to moments of leisure and pleasure.

🛁 Intimate and Sensual Bubble Bath?
This is really simple! Just fill the tub with water at a pleasant temperature, add shower gel and shake it up. Don't forget that the bath is for two, and less water will be needed.
Try out Avril Organic Shower Gel with fabulous aromas; Heart of Apricot, Cream of Caramel, Lavender and Lemon Zest.
For a more luxurious, relaxing and sensorial bath, I suggest adding:
🛁 Three tablespoons of Carrier Oil, Castor, Hemp or Rosehip (hydrating and leaving skin with a silky smooth touch)
🛁 One handful of Mineral Salts.
🛁 Six to ten drops of Essential Oil.

🛁 Shower gel with a mild aroma. We suggest, Westlab Bath Gels, enriched with essential minerals and are the perfect "2 in 1". Bath Salts available: Epsom (relaxing) , Dead Sea (softens the skin) or Himalayan (detox)
It is simultaneously a classic, fun and "so hot".
Probably an option that will take some time to put into practice.
Imagine, You Can Leave Your Hat On by Joe Cocker, or Marvin Gay's
Lets Get It On, the list is endless ....
♠️ Strip Games
Another super easy possibility.
The key concept is who loses the game, removes a piece of clothing.
It can be implemented to any game. Cards, Dice or even Tic Tac Toe...
There is no one formula for celebrating enthusiastically Valentine's Day. Undoubtedly the sole objective is of wellness for both envolved.
Willingly leave your worries of the day behind.
